Runner’s Physical Performance Testing
Take a deep dive into your movement mechanics and physical fitness with a specialist trained in running biomechanics! We will sit down together to discuss your medical history, training history, and goals before conducting the tests. Once your tests are completed, we will create a game plan together to help you address your weaknesses and accomplish your goals!
Running Gait Analysis
We will assess your cadence, stride length, foot landing, ground contact times, and identify any gait deviations you may have. We will also conduct a submaximal VO2 Max Test during this treadmill test to assess your aerobic fitness levels.
Movement Screen
We will conduct an overhead squat test, single leg squat test, depth jump testing, and/or single leg hop testing to assess your movement capabilities and running readiness.
Strength Testing
Depending on your goals, we will conduct submaximal testing of various complex exercises to help determine your general strength levels.
