Meet The Team
-
Dr. Joseph Rayner IV - Founder/Owner
My mission is simple, to help runners unlock their full potential! I'm a board-certified Physical Therapist in the state of Texas; working primarily in sports/orthopedics. I've had the pleasure of working with professional endurance athletes, as well as NCAA track & field and soccer athletes in my career. I'm beyond excited to utilize these experiences to those that seek my services, and to foster a transformative community to those we serve!

I am a dedicated fitness advocate with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I plan to leverage my experience and knowledge to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journeys.
Fun Fact: I love crazy socks with fun designs and have over 50 pairs for all occasions!
-
Natalia Munoz - Nutritionist/Run Club Leader
I began my running journey in 2020 when my gym had shut down. I eventually decided to sign up for a virtual 5K and worked my mileage up to a full marathon! I am a huge foodie and enjoy cooking. As I wrap up my Master's in Nutrition Science, I'm merging my love for food with my passion for fitness. I'm dedicated to helping our community stay active and healthy! Let's run together and inspire each other every step of the way!

Kris Zaire - Run Club Leader
As a former sprinter, I’ve been an active distance runner for two years now, as I’ve looked to significantly improve my cardio outside of the gym. I recently crossed the finish line of my first 10K, and I’m excited to take on my next challenge; a half marathon in January. See you on the trails!
-
Gabriela Gonzalez - Run Club Leader
Hi, my name is Gabby! I started my lifting journey about 4 years ago and I have been running on and off for about 14 years. I had joined QOL's run club since I missed the accountability aspect of running with a team, and I never left! Both running and lifting are things that I have become very passionate about.
-
Carlos Sanella - Run Club Leader
A friend of mine started running and I got into it as well. If I’m being honest, I hated it at the beginning, but I promised myself to stay disciplined and stick with it. I joined the QOL run club in May 2024 and got along with everyone quickly which made me feel at home. Eventually, I figured I could return the favor by becoming a run club leader! This run club not only gave me the opportunity to improve my running, but also gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people who eventually became my friends, and I cherish each and every one of them. I will do my best to make everyone feel welcome and to help everyone enjoy running, regardless of their pace or level. Thank you for the opportunity!

Monica Kin
I started my running journey back in 2012, in which I discovered a track walking distance from my grandma’s house. Day by day, I built up the courage and commitment by showing up one day at a time. Fast forward to 2024, I have completed over 10+ races which consist of mostly 5Ks and 10Ks. I will be training for half marathons and full marathons in the near future! Every chance I get I consistently remind people they are more than capable of running and that runners come in all shapes and sizes, no matter the distance or pace.

Xavier Vargas - Run Club Leader
Greetings, my name is Xavier, though I am commonly known as X. I have been actively involved in running for over 14 years, starting in the 5th grade. Running is not only therapeutic for me, but also an excellent means of exercising to uphold my physical fitness. An interesting tidbit about myself is my profound admiration for the brand Saucony. If given the opportunity to pursue another profession or become an advocate, I would choose to represent Saucony, with payment offered in the form of their exquisite running shoes.
