What's Included?

  • Physical Performance Testing

    Once a month, we will conduct a thorough physical performance test to assess your current running technique, perform a general movement screen, and assess your general fitness levels, in order to program your training regimen in the most accurate and effective way.

  • Injury/Recovery Services

    Injured? Aches and pains getting in the way of your training? Our Doctor of Physical Therapy has spent years working with professional to recreational athletes and is also a running coach! You can feel assured that you will receive a plan that not only addresses your injury, but also provides adjustments to your training program, so that you can continue to train during your recovery!

    Note: You will have access to the recovery services 1x per week with this membership.

  • Unlimited Small Group Training for Runners

    Gain access to our premium group workouts that will be tailored for runners! Small group training provides a personalized training experience in a fun and collegial setting. Your instructor will be able to personalize your workout, based on the results of your Runner's Physical Performance Test, to ensure you are able to effectively reach your goals.

    Class Schedule:

    Monday-Friday: 5am-6am

  • Custom Race Plans

    Train with confidence and let us take the guesswork out of how to achieve your race day goals. You select the duration of time, and we will prepare a fully customized plan that considers your goals, fitness level, and training availability. You will be able to easily access your training program and communicate with your run coach via the Final Surge app.

Having worked with recreational to professional level endurance athletes since 2019, Dr. Rayner brings a wealth of knowledge and energy that’ll help you crush your goals for the year!
