FAQ’s
-
Physical Therapists are doctorate-level experts who specialize in improving physical function and quality of life based on anatomical/physiological impairments. Physical Therapists can be primary care providers for non-traumatic musculoskeletal conditions (ex. low back pain, neck pain, muscle strains, ligament sprains, etc.), depending on their specialty/training.
-
No referral needed — you can see a physical therapist directly. This often saves time, reduces costs, and helps you feel better faster. If needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted physician and can often fast-track your appointment through our local network of top doctors.
-
A Nutritionist is a healthcare professional who specializes in providing evidence-based advice on food and nutrition. Some may specialize in particular areas such as sports nutrition. Our Team Nutritionist is uniquely specialized to address the fueling needs of endurance athletes.
-
We are an Out-of-Network physical therapy provider, meaning we don’t accept insurance. This model allows us to deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 care tailored to your needs—often resulting in faster recovery and fewer visits.
Many of our patients get reimbursed by their insurance through their out of network benefits and/or use HSA/FSA funds. Just call the number on your insurance card and ask, “What are my out-of-network physical therapy benefits?” PPO plans typically offer partial or full reimbursement. We’ll provide everything you need to submit for reimbursement.
This allows us to spend more quality 1-on-1 time with clients and will help you feel better faster! While traditional clinics may push 3x a week visits while sharing your therapist with multiple patients in the same visit, we typically see you 1–2x a week, 1-on-1 — offering personalized care that can save you time and money in the long run!
-
Yes, we do! We also partner with Truemed, so that you are able to easily access a letter of medical necessity after completing a 2 minute survey on their website, rather than waiting several day weeks to see your doctor for the same letter. This new innovative process will ensure quick, easy access to our services with an average tax advantaged savings of 30%!
